New Wilderness, LLC is a New York based design and drafting house. Specializing in holistic spacial design. Services, include, but are not limited to generating ground plans, shop drawings, fabrication details, concept renderings and 3D digital modelling. New Wilderness has designed and drafted for Film, Television, Live Performance, Business Renovations, Window Displays, Home Renovations, Museum Exhibit, Architecture Restoration, Art Installations, Accessory Structures, among many others.
Our Style is not ours, but based on that of our clients. At New Wilderness, we strive to understand our clients tastes, perspective and intentions, to help create the prefect environment for their needs.
Our Belief, is that everyone should experience the opportunity to step into a new world. We believe the spaces one occupies holds the power to embrace one’s past, comfort one's heart, enrich one's mind, invigorate one's soul and to serve as a refuge for a future unbound.
New Wilderness, LLC are NOT licensed Architects or Engineers. All plans created for non-licensed entities must be approved as required by local municipality & state codes and regulations where required.

Our Fee schedule/cost is based on many factors not limited to time frame, complexity of project, scope of project and requested services. Though a quote can easily be given after sharing sufficient information in order to budget and filling out our form below.

A typical single floor 1000'sf Renovation Preliminary Ground Plan could cost about $600 taking roughly 15 hours.
DISCLAIMER: New Wilderness, LLC designers & draughtsmen are NOT Architects or Engineers. Our focus is in design consultation, concept design, computer aided drafting and rendering. We only create build drawings and plans under the direction of a licensed Architect, Engineer, Interior Designer and/or Contractor. All plans created for non-licensed entities must be approved as required by local, or state codes and regulations where required.
